Return Process
At LumenLeaf Studio, we strive for your satisfaction with every bold, eco-crafted piece. Due to our print-on-demand partnership with Printful and Printify, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, subject to the following:
Eligible Items: Standard products (e.g., t-shirts, snapbacks) with manufacturing defects or errors.
Non-Returnable: Custom orders, sale items, or items damaged by wear.
Process: Email lumenleaf.us@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt. Await a return authorization and shipping instructions from our team. Ship the item back to the address provided (shipping costs covered by the customer).
Refund or Replacement: Once received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund (minus shipping) or replacement within 10-14 business days, depending on our fulfillment partners’ policies.
