At LumenLeaf Studio, we’re committed to delivering your bold postmodern art pieces and sustainable accessories with the same creativity and care we pour into our designs. Our shipping process is powered by trusted print-on-demand partners, Printful and Printify, ensuring your orders are crafted on demand and shipped worldwide with eco-conscious efficiency. Below, we outline the details to guide your shopping experience as of May 11, 2025.
Order Processing Times-
After you place an order, it takes 2-7 business days for our fulfillment partners to process and produce your custom items. This excludes weekends and holidays, with processing beginning once payment is confirmed.Orders placed after 5:00 PM CDT may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Times-
Standard Shipping:USA: 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
International: 5-15 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (available with Printful on select products):USA: 2-4 business days after fulfillment.
International: 3-7 business days after fulfillment (subject to customs delays).
Shipping times are estimates based on historical data and may vary due to high order volumes, carrier schedules, or unforeseen delays. We strive to meet these timelines but cannot guarantee them.
Shipping Rates-
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. Printful and Printify provide flat rates or live carrier-calculated rates, which we integrate into your Shopify cart.

Shipping Destinations-
We ship worldwide through Printful and Printify’s global fulfillment network. However, due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, we do not ship to certain countries (e.g., North Korea, Cuba). A full list of restricted destinations is available upon request.Orders may be split into multiple shipments if products are fulfilled from different locations (e.g., USA or Europe warehouses).
Tracking Your Order-
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Track your package’s journey and stay updated on its arrival.If tracking shows delays or issues, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
International Shipping and Customs-
Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees, taxes, or duties based on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by order value and destination.We recommend including a phone number with your order to minimize transit risks and ensure smoother delivery.
Delayed or Lost Orders-
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, allow a few extra days for processing or customs. Verify your shipping address in the confirmation email and check with your local post office.If the issue persists, contact us at lumenleaf.us@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.Incorrect or Damaged ItemsWe apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email lumenleaf.us@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, including photos of the issue, your order number, and details. We’ll coordinate with Printful or Printify for a replacement, subject to their policies.
